Billing Cycle

All Cd hosting plans are billed monthly. Your billing cycle starts on the day you activate your first paid server.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through Stripe:

  • Credit/Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Direct Debit — SEPA (EU), BACS (UK)
  • Digital Wallets — Apple Pay, Google Pay

Invoices

Invoices are generated automatically at the start of each billing cycle. Access them from:

  1. Log in to your Cd hosting account
  2. Navigate to Orders in the navigation menu
  3. View and download invoices for each order

Plan Changes

Upgrading

  • Upgrades take effect immediately
  • You'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing cycle
  • No downtime during upgrades

Downgrading

  • Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
  • Your current plan remains active until the end of the paid period
  • Data exceeding the new plan's storage limit must be reduced before the downgrade

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Account SettingsSubscriptions
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Your server remains active until the end of the current billing period
  4. Data is retained for 7 days after cancellation

Refund Policy

  • First 30 days: Full refund available for annual plans
  • Monthly plans: No refund for partial months
  • Free tier: No charges, cancel anytime
