Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your server subscriptions.

Viewing Your Subscriptions

Navigate to the Orders page to see all your active and past subscriptions.

Upgrading Your Plan

When you need more resources:

  1. Go to the Pricing page
  2. Select your desired plan
  3. Click Upgrade
  4. Confirm the prorated charge

The upgrade is applied instantly with zero downtime. Your server resources are increased immediately.

Downgrading Your Plan

To reduce costs:

  1. Navigate to Account SettingsSubscriptions
  2. Select the subscription to downgrade
  3. Choose the new plan
  4. Confirm the change

The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Ensure your usage fits within the new plan's limits before the change takes effect.

Cancelling a Subscription

  1. Go to Account SettingsSubscriptions
  2. Click Cancel next to the subscription
  3. Select a reason (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation

After cancellation:

  • Your server remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • All data is backed up and retained for 7 days
  • You can reactivate within 7 days to restore your server

Payment Issues

If a payment fails:

  • We'll retry the charge after 3 days
  • You'll receive email notifications
  • After 3 failed attempts, the subscription is suspended
  • Contact support to resolve payment issues promptly
